Having problems with Attitude Seedbank

If I remember correctly you did make an order through attitude right? Did they say that they have dispatched(shipped) the order out yet? What I would do is call them up during there business hours and find out when your order was shipped, ask for your tracking# and then you can follow your order through the mail. Then you could always forget about the current account you have and just start another one, even if you have to go open up a new free email address through hotmail and register a new account. Last thing I would worry about is not recieving your order, its usually between 1-3days after your intial order before its shipped out, I live on the west coast and have always had my order within 2wks.

I know you want to track your order but to tell you the truth its not all that informative, it will say when it gets to New York, then it will just say when it was delievered to the address you provided, its a nice feature to have but most seedbanks dont even offer tracking info and everything works out fine. Like I said in the above post why dont you just register a new account if you cant get this one figured out. The one time I had the problem when usps lost my order somewhere, I emailed them once, then I stayed up until 2am and called them when their office opened up in the UK. Main thing is you recieve your order, what ever it said in your checkout basket will be what it says was shipped under your account information. Maybe Im missing something but it doesnt sound like that big a deal, get this account figured out or start another one, but like I said maybe Im missing something. The situation is apparently a technical problem with their servers that they said they are working on. Either way, i had to make another account to contact them about the issue in the first place. And i ordered last thursday and live on the east coast of "canada". Whats a good time approximation?

If you haven't already you should email them. I accidentally received the shipping information for another persons order once, it might have happened to you.

I received my 4th order in 8 days, all of them have been within 8 days or shorter. Good luck
 
you're not the only one. can't log into my account (repeat customer)--forgot my password--no emails coming from attitude to me either.

Ive been speaking with them through email for the past week now and progress is being made. Still apparently there is a technical problem with the login page. Has anyone ever had their order not make it to their house "not seized by customs" but just never arrives? If so, what do i do if that happens.

Still no luck on the login issue, and i have yet to receive my order. How long should it be taking to get here? Im currently on the east cost of north america; has anyone not gotten their seeds before? If so, what does attitude do about it? Do they say "o well", or do they try to help you out?

I'm sure if you email or call them and expalin to them the order method of payment and shipping address they probably have and electronic database they can reverse directory

i understand that, but what i meant was has anyone ever had their seeds just not make it to their destination "postal guy snatched them for himself, lost in mail."? If so, what does attitude do about it?

Yes I had an order back in June not arrive that did not get confiscated by customs, I suppose just lost somewhere in usps system and attitude did re-ship my order. Now this is assuming you paid for the guaranteed shipping, thats the key, if you did pay the extra $10 for guaranteed then they will re-ship your order if you dont recieve it within 21business days. Ive had quite a few orders over the last couple years, that order in June was the first one that I didnt recieve and like I stated in earlier posts it actually ended up being a blessing cause in the end Im recieving a few more seeds than I would have originally got. Hopefully you opted for the guaranteed shipping, even though I had never had a problem I never minded paying a little extra for the comfort of knowing if anything went wrong I would still get my order down the road, plus your basically just getting a tshirt, wallet, mug or whatever else is there, I also always get the dvd case just for the added protection against the seeds getting cracked or crushed, no telling how rough some postal worker may get with the package so its all worth it to me, even when my order is under $50. I also made an order on Sept.9 and according to my tracking info I should be getting it tomorrow, or today I should say now that I look at the time, so 11 days total, but 2wks is about the norm for delivery times in my experience.

I had a similar issue except i ordered from Demonseeds, it was a couple weeks back and never received an email but then the seeds arrived within 7 days to australia. So i would wait a week at least and then contact them via their website

I placed a order with attitude and never recieved an email from them either. But I could still log into my attitude account and check the tracking number. I would give them a call. Im sure your just paranoid and anxious. relax my man attitude rocks.

Hey SoFloFlame I don't know if this helps or not but I recently placed an order with the attitude i also live in canada and i also never got a e-mail with the tracking info, when i phoned them they informed me that they currently aren't sending to canada with tracking

yea, at this point i could care less about my account, ill just make another one; i just want a tracking number.
