did you paper towel them first,or just put direct into soil.

If you have just put them in soil then they will take a little longer than if you prep em first

I have never done seeds like that i germanate on kitchen towel then into soil.
just wait a bit longer problem with dropping them in soil is if they split and the tear is
the wrong way round like faceing up it has to do a u turn to straighten back up.
they will pop if there from a decent seed company,

Try the clam method paper towel,on bottom of a small saucer then piece on top a few sheets folded top and bottom then saucer on top then i tape them togeather and put them some where warm.i have 99.9% with seed's, but does not all ways mean the beans are gonna be front runners i keep the strongest

It's recommended to put seeds into biobizz light mix then pot up into all mix. All mix is heavily fertilised not so good for seedlings and its clumpy as hell, light mix is a good fine compost better for little roots.
Try putting cling film over your pots to help keep soil moist
