Is that 120w bulb a CFL? If so you will need more and put them closer...like 2 inches away, trust me they won't burn...put your hand on top of the plants and if the back of your hand is hot then so are they, if not then you're fine, and the kelvin on those need to be 6500k for veg and 2700k for flower (12/12) some people mix their spectrums like 3000k 4100k 5000k for veg for different colors of the summer soltace..and you need some perlite when you transplant...good luck and welcome to RIU...

79-88 is a bit hot 74 is better. They look very wet and look to be lacking in root. Cal-Mag is all I give my young plants. 200-250 ppm and you will see substantial root growth. Also 18/6 is better for any plant as it needs time to do the co2 oxygen exchange to feed. Plants take in co2 during daylight emit oxygen in dark. Grow bulbs do not emit the right spectrum. You could try a 150 watt HPS or a Metal Halide in 150 bulb. take some time and watch Jorge Cervantes grow video on u-tube. Seems like you are way ahead of yourself on having plants but no nutes, proper lights (50 watts per sq ft), fans, fresh air intake, exhaust,

What Rik said: /\..... and really do not let your temp get above 84 f.... you see 84, and really somewhere in your grow it is 90+.... Which leads to slow to no root growth....which leads to plants damping off, then wilting, really slow growth, then air bud.... get your temp down...
Soil looks really dense perilite/vermiculite add ... Exhaust out your heat better... Good Luck!
