But, the diaper money you speak of - and all other funding to to do what you want to do, is borrowed.

i have no problem with venture capitalism for the energy companies of the future. when the shit finally hits the fan and alternative energies are cheaper, i want us to be leading the way, not china. not every one will succeed, and some of those companies may have employees who (gasp) supported obama.

social assistance programs operating on borrowed money? oh well. perhaps if congress did not tell the pentagon to keep buying tanks they don't need or want, it wouldn't be quite as bad.
lots of things we borrow money for are shitty, putting diapers on kids is one i would put at the end of my hunt for government waste.
