So here's what happened. I ordered my seeds, with order insurance, and it wasn't delivered due to incomplete address; the zip code was off by one number, though it was correct on the otherwise identical billing address. My fault*. Whoops. It was then returned to them. After politely asking them to reship the order, I was told that they were "extremely sorry" but they could not reship because I inputted the wrong zip. But they offered to ship the order for free if I pay the entire retail price again. WHAT THE FUCK?! What kind of people do shit like this? What was the "insurance" for? The Attitude is the absolute worst. They do not deserve anyone's business. I'm honestly amazed they've managed to stay in business.

*Although I'm not sure how I would have accidentally typed '18' instead of '22'; I suspect one of their stupid employees typed the label incorrectly. But this is irrelevant. They have my money and my product. No legitimate retailer should conduct their business this way.

Its not stealing imo- you were sloppy and messed up, expensive mistake but you cant expect them to pay for your mistake, they sent the beans to the address you posted. Personally I have had 30+ orders with them and 0 issues for me!

I have to agree. The most they should ding you for is the shipping. If they are trying to get you to repurchase your beans, that is fucking tragic. Sorry this nonsense happened to you Hal.

Mess up on your part, but u should only have to pay shipping! That's fair! I have yet to have a "bad" attitude order! Maybe call and talk to a different person! That's bullshit if that's what really happened!

Yep keep at them!! Just make sure too be polite and offer to pay for the reship. A Phone call would be the way to go and ask them why there being so unreasonable? After all you only want what you paid for. Let us know how you go Peace

What did you do? Did they ship you more seeds since yours got snagged at customs?

This is going to be my last order with them. I'm going to be doing clones and pollenating my plants from now on.

I had an issue with SOS like this. I placed a single seed order, got all the new freebies + what was missing. It almost doesn't make sense that they would tell you "sure we will send out your order, as long as you pay for it again." It would make a lot more sense for them to say that they would do you a BIG favor by resending it on your next order. It just kind of seems that's the industry standard now so you got to roll with the punches.

Good luck with whatever happens though, but I don't think this is "stealing" player.

I would send them a link to this thread and call them to say give me my beans or this is never going down. You would have 72 hours to delete this, so maybe they might reconsider and send you the seeds It might be considered blackmail by some, but I would do it especially after they admitted they got the seeds back. What do they think, that they can fuck over someone and walk away. I would do it just to make them squirm. But that's me, I'm kind of vindictive.

Pick and mix have been great. They got a seed wrong on 2 orders and they quickly sorted it out buy sending it out next day with a few more seeds each time. The seeds they gave would of cost more than i spent on both occasions.

Are you sure you want to go around calling people thieves like that? If you didnt read their shipping and business policy before making an order with them it is still your fault.

Is it a good policy, that encourages more business? No.

Is it a policy to keep the company from paying for every stoner mistake they deal with? yes.

To you; for one person, one order, is not a big deal correct it. But there over 2000 newbie orders every month.

dude sucks that this happened to you. Yet if you would have read attitudes sale site Terms of Use this is typically what would occur. do you really think attitude employees are typing in labels? What do you think the point of a credit card processing an order form are? They automatically enter the information you entered for the employees.I can understand being upset but this is not attitudes fault its your fault.

your the first person i have heard bitching about the tude. And you made a mistake. so i don't understand why your coming on here to tell everyone there a rip off. im 4/4 on my packages, 7-10 days always. i will keep using them.

there are 3 sides to every story yours there's and the truth.. and as far as anyone knows that the truth is not really seen bc your story and there story comes from you so the truth will not come out here, so on that not like another poster stated i have had 20+ orders and 0 issues from them.. so it seems that when there is an issue with anyone getting ripped off or not delivered or customs or what ever the case may be, it's against the law to have them sent to the us so this means that WE are all at risk of not getting shit from them. when you spend money on a item that is illegal just be lucky the law isnt knocking on the door.... fix the address and re-order.. simple fix and then you won't be calling someone a thief and slandering a well known business, thats just my opinion and as we all know opinions are like assholes everyone has one and most of them stink..good luck with your order..

If the package was returned to Attitude, and they are in possession of the seeds, and they simply charge him to reship them... how are they "paying for a stoner mistake?" It costs them nothing.

Agreed. Although it does cost them manpower to process the order and send out the seeds again. So what though, they're making a killing in this business and they should just send the guy his seeds and have him pay the shipping. IMO they are being ridiculous.
