sounds cool PF. Have you seen how commercial dishwashers work?
the waterline basically ties into the sprayer manifold, which is like a T coming off the bottom and top of the dishwasher. The nozzles are positioned so that they propel the T like a helicopter , maybe you could design a way to do this! maybe take one nozzle on each end designed to push it and the res be designed to mist, if you add fins to it , it may also act like a fan and may aid in air circulation / root penetration
^ I have been researching spirulina growing and this might work in a tank setup.....thanks for the idea. This is for the tea brewers. In case you did not know https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LhQveypfAk

I have a question about the Halo's, you're using to water. Do you think they would work in a pulsed situation like soilless medium? By pulsed I mean turning the pump on [soil-less] 1-2 times per day for 5 minutes or even less. Would they stand the chance of clogging up in that situation with root growth?
Really like the idea of the halo's, but I have never ran a full reservoir system before. Not that I can't, just one step at a time, thanks for your thoughts.
