Heat problem

Ok here's the details, I have a 3x3x6 grow ro room and a 400w hps. Starting out with a 220cfm 6in duct fan and a 6in intake with just a bug shield filter on it. The temps would reached as high as 95, so I bought another 160cfm 6in and installed it, then I used a 14x14 return intake grille, the kind that you put your home air filters in, for the intake with a very good filter. The duct work is straight up to the ceiling into the attic. The temps outside the room are around 75 but temps in the grow room are still around 90. My only guess so far is the fan blades are plastic and wondering if there flexing and staighting themselves out. Other than that I have no Idea what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Plus your using those shitty inline fans aren't u? How far up are you going? Probably not moving alot of air.
What's the Temp difference with lights out?

The light is not air cooled, and the temps are 75 with lights out. The room is 6 ft high with 2 ft of duct going straight to ceiling. I even put a whirley bird vent on the roof because I thought maybe the heat was traped in the attic. Bgmike, I think your right about the fans do you have any recommendations? Also do I just need to invest into a air cooled light?

Obviously if your at 75 lights out and the light brings you to 95 then you have the problem. The light.

I bought the cheapest 440 cfm on ebay. 2 of them and they work fine.
