Heat Stress or Nute Burn?

Hi, what is causing my plants to have these yellow/brown scars?

You can see these on the pics below on the small plants quite easily and only happend a few days ago overnight. My large plant only had a few leaves with a very tiny tinge at the tips of the leaves. I took the lights further away (48 watt CFL's) but I'm wondering if this happened from foilage spraying with diluted organic seaweed and water?

You can see more details of my grow here

any help appreciated.

Don't worry about the CFL's. You can bring them back in a little closer.

I don't think that it's caused from overwatering because the leaves would be slightly droopy.

Why don't you try flushing out your plants for a week or so so that they clear out all the nutes that may be harmful.

Hi, I had suspected that they might of got burnt from foilage spraying which I now think is not needed anyway and not from over watering. So you think it might be from nute build up and I should flush them, well that is a good point so I was planning on transplanting them today to bigger pots so I might start a flush as well. Thanks for your feedback and I'd be interested to hear what others also think about why they have this color?
