Heating problem with closet grow 400w hps

Hey fellow stoners, i have a question for you. Today my 400w hps with ballast and reflector got delivered (finally) but i think i will have serious heat problems since i seriously underestimated the heat that hps is emitting. I put a fan heater but there is no way to take the heat out of the grow room except for keeping the door opened which is no good for me and my stealthness can u please advise on any possible solutions (preferably something cheap). I was also considering re-selling the hps and replacing with cfl's.

Plants are 1 month veggin now, how do they look?i know i burned them a bit, will fix that.

Is that mylar on the walls?

You are going to have to get rid of the heat one way or another. If you have an air cooled than you can exhaust the heat into the attic or another area. If that isn't an option you aren't going to be able to use that 400w. Rather than switch to CFLs, which can work well for people, why not try a lower wattage HID bulb? You could get a 250 or 150 and drop those temps a lot.

How hot is it in there with the door shut? 100?

i know it would do me a great job, but the thing is that i already have a bulb+shade+ballast and i thought if i buy all the stuff separately i will save some money. Can you advise me what exactly do i need and how to combine the things so i buy everything i need at once and take care of my babies.
