Height Control

K so i have a potentially dumb question.

I have a fem Triple X plant still in veg thats about 2.5 ft tall. The cabinet she's in is just over that... so shes almost to the ceiling.

My question is this: Is there a way to trim the plant down (for size control) without over stressing or hurting her? she's beautiful, healthy, good vegetation density; a perfect mother plant.

I want to start taking clones soon but i've no room right now with my plants in flowering.

any advice/ input is appreciated

If needed ill post pics of her.

was afraid you were going to say that lol.

*sigh* shes so pretty....

thanx guyz!
No Problem,
It's really the best thing you can do. As a matter of fact I would take her down a couple notches and train the lower branches.

I read a post about Bonsai mum's and I am trying to grow one right now.
Total size, 8" by 8" By restricting the root ball and forcing the plant to become small in size does not effect the cuttings.

If I can get it to work I can keep a couple strains alive in the same space.
You may want to look into it.

Good luck.
