i would never file a complaint my girlfriend suggested that and i told her that then they would have my phone number and a huge fuck me sign attached to my forhead.

i am going to wait it out, and next time if it happens again i am going to film it.......the level it flew at was dangerously low and hovering at eye level with my window.....i know they could have been looking for someone but THAT is obsurd......so if it happens again i am going to film it.

but as stated before i think they were "searching" or scoping me.

I can understand your paranoia because WHO knows you have 5 plants? You could have 100...who knows? However, the heat signature (according to my research) is detected with 2000w of lighting or more. I think 150w is much less than 2000w. Nextly, investigations are stealthy unless they are looking for someone, in which case the "ghetto bird" will hover, invade privacy, and most of all unnerve anyone knowing they should be looked at. IMO you should continue to what you're doing, keep your business to yourself, and maintain the plant count per your county. Good Luck!
