i just signed up verified account with email i cant make a grow journal it says error you dont have permission...... can any1 tell me why this is

It's because you don't have permission 
but honestly that is the answer, you just made your account so there are a few things you don't have access to yet

lol i know that but if im new shouldnt i be able to make a journal so i can become a part of site?? can you tell me what needs to be done to get access

Interact and build your post count, different site privileges occur with different post counts,

you can always read the support forum area where this question has been answered several times.
we restrict new users accounts from some content. this is to stop spam, but also because the grow journals youre accessing are a third party integrated system.
what you are trying to do is create a grow journal blog .
i highly suggest NOT to. its a third party integrated blog that doesnt work very well, and we have issues with it
