coule be not enough light...not enough Nitrogen...or nute lock out...like he said need some info

this may help, Nitrogen Deficiencies
Plants will exhibit lack of vigor, slow growth and will be weak and stunted. Quality and yield will be significantly reduced. Older leaves become yellow (chlorotic) from lack of chlorophyll. Deficient plants will exhibit uniform light green to yellow on older leaves, these leaves may die and drop. Chlorosis will eventually spread throughout the plant. Stems, petioles and lower leaf surfaces may turn purple.

I water it wen the soil is dry its in some generic organic soil it said it would feed up to 2 months and its been 36 days since seed and the lights are fluro growlights..they get plenty of light 20/4.. as far as watering I just water wen thr soil is dry like a cup every other day

those 'feed up to 2-3 month soil'! are ok for little fern youve got in the living room it may feed it for 2 months, not for marijuana. fert them at least once per week and bring the lights close as poss, 3 inches, and leave on for 24 hrs.
