1. Stop watering them until the top inch of your soil feels completely dry to the touch. Then water very slowly and mostly around the edges until you get runoff (and DISCARD the runoff), so roots can grow into their container.

2. You want to invest in some CFL's or HID lights and keep them at the right distance from tops of your plants.

1. re pot them into smaller pots.
2. Water only for awhile (no nutes) when the soil is dry (every 2 to 3 days ???). Put ur finger in the soil to check dampness.
3. You need new, better lighting. Have a surf thru the forum and price up different setups. Everyone has their own preferences and budgets.If your able have a chat with th local Hydro shop but have the measurements of your grow space handy.

What size of pot do you think would be best? I seen someone had theirs in a pastic cup would that work? Should I add more lights as I have a few more here but was scared incase they got to much heat and died.. what about plant feeder? And should I put a vent in/ extracter van? I've got a fan blowing on them at, & when do u move them into bigger pots?

Disagree. Leave them in those pots, they'll grow into them just fine.

Amy, you're fine other than you need more powerful lighting. Go for an HID lamp if you can, preferably 250+ watts. And be prepared to consider the heat that more powerful lights will let off, ie pay attention to temps.

As for watering, just ease up a bit and wait a few days between. When they are young like that they do not need to be watered so often, but as they grow, they may need to be watered more often. Just wait until the pots get lighter/top of soil is a bit dry.

Relax, you'll be fine.

Thank you very much, I've just done a lot of research there this Evening and done a bit more homework, going to get lights sorted tomorrow and I've got a fan blowing cool air on them should I keep doing so when I change lighting?

Things like, exactly what lights, or pot size, or other things of that nature are more opinions based... I for one don't think a big pot matters, so long as you water accordingly... water the plant, not the pot...

I vegged 12 plants under around 480w CFL and got here : https://www.rollitup.org/t/cold-temps-underlit-generally-bad-as-fuck-grow-results.917038/

None of what I did would be recommended at all... and I certainly don't "recommend it"... just liked to see how "little" it can take

yeah... But I raised mine for example... because my local temp is so cold, and my ground is concrete... I put a layer of foam insulation I had leftover from doing a room, and because my temps are really low, I put a heat cable over that, and raised the pots over that, to make sure my soil temps would stay nice (otherwise they drop into the low 60's or even 50's) :-(

Opinions and circumstances... see ;-)

Amy just take yourself a deep breath and relax hun. Keep on keep on researching. Learning is the key to life and the key to this as well. Do keep us updated on what you choose for better lighting and your next plans before you do something drastic ;)

Hi I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask about my problems with this original amnisia under led 30days from seed. However I'm gulping to try and get some feed back.
She's growing in 11L pot
using biobizz all mix medium
organic nutrients
nytrozym for foliage spraying 1ml per litre
450 watts of led actually draw about 2 10 watts full spectrum
transplanted her from 1 litre pot to 5 litre pot thend once again to the 11litre pot
trimmed her heavily before putting her under the poor atempt at a scrogg??

Have noticed slow goth since topping her and the leaves are really stiff??
No spotting but maybe my light Los too close I have it at 16" buy that's all the space I have in my small 60x60x90cm tent.......any ideas

I'm in agreement that they are over-watered.
I'm also new and I spent ~$40 2 clamp lights + 1 lamp light(no lamp just the cord) + Bulbs for veg and flower. It's no ideal but my plants are doing great aside from chopping 1 up that turned out male. I opted for the CFL route as it is tremendously cheap and easy to manage on first grow. No heat stress, plenty of light(make sure you use the right color spectrum as I didn't at first, once making the change growth just took off). Before transplanting I was in 1 gallon pots and I was light watering 3-4 days. Very manageable and easy. I would put my finger into the soil and also lift the pot to see how light it felt.
