Help Green Goddess!! She has worms!!!!! lol

Yesterday i found these little black worms in the roots of my clones. Could anyone identify them (sorry no pics) and tell me how i can treat this? also, clones roots are entangled. I need to move them out of the cloning chamber down into the veg chamber. will snipping some roots to get them free of each other harm them? Same problem for my big girls. Been veggin 89 days and HUGE root mass is blocking my bubbler. Can I cut away around it or will this fuck it all up? ​

So here is a pic ofthe clones i have going. I started them 12/12. And this is the best pic of the worms i have on the roots given the camera I am using. Soooooo? Anyone know what it is or what to do about it?​
