Help: Grow Room Setup with $1k and Grow Tent

Hey guys, I'm looking for some help in setting up my first grow room. I have a strict budget of $1k to spend and the only thing I have so far is a grow tent that is about 4 x 4 x 7. Oh, and I also have 20 feminized Big Bud Seeds.

I'm thinking the other things I'll need include:

1000w light (hps or both hps and hid)
Some time of fan
Charcoal Exhuast
Fox Farm Nutrients and soil

...what else?

Feel free to setup my grow room how you would do it, keeping in mind I plan on using soil, a grow tent, and have a $1k budget. I also plan on using the 4 x 4 space to have 9 large plants (in 5 or 7 gallon buckets).

well since no one said anything ill give ya my 2 cents. if i were to have $1000.00 and a grow tent i would probably get myself either a 400w or 600w mh light "Ballast and bulb" $200-$300. for veging the girls and a 600w or 1000w hps light "Ballast and bulb" $200-$300 for flowering. I would also invest in a 6 or 8 in. cool tube $100ish. and 2 400ish cfm can fans $50ish some ducking, some chain, nutes Fox Farm $150ish amd build your self a carbon filter $60ish, throw a isosolating fan in their and let their be bud.
