What's happening y'all
I'm about to start a new grow, clones are rooted, and I wanna switch to aeroponic grow this time, system is setted, but I couldn't find any hydro nutriends around where I'm living, not even online.... I know maybe I can find some from european or american online shop and they probably do international shipping, but it just don't work on me cus shipping fee might be even expensiver than the merchandises and I will have to constantly place orders and wait at least 2weeks for delivery.....anyways thaz gonna kill me.
So here goes my question, can I run normal soil fertilizer solution in an aeroponic grow? I did a bit search and many said No becus the differences of their chemical ingredients and some said Yes if the fertilizer doesn't content certain ingredients. So I wanna make it clear from y'all pros, I'm currently using Scotts Peter's Professional 20-10-20 general grow fertilizer and believe me this is the best fertilizer that I could get from inside of my country.... Can I run my aero with it????
Just incase some of you chemist wanna check the ingredients:

Anyone can help? Thannnnnnnnncccccccccc.............k You!!!!!! kiss-ass

Stupid question: Why would you want to switch growing styles then not properly prepare for said new system before hand? This has train wreck written all over it and I am watching.

I have to agree with spark, stay the course for this grow, take some clones before you go to flower and go to aero on your next effort. If you can't get nutes I'm not sure that you can get the rest of the stuff that you need for aero.

no you cannot use this fert in hydro it contains much ammonia nitrogen, in hydro you need nitrates. solution for your problem is simple, i live in a similar place no hydro shops watsoever crazy shipping cost more than fert cost. so you should contact agriculture firms they sell farmers in bulks, get the following chemicals: calcium nitrate, potassium nitrate, mono-potassium phosphate, magnesium sulfate. they come in 25kg bags, so total of 100Kg lifetime supply cost me 120$ only! also got a trace element mix 2Kg cost me 40$. this works awesome, don't mind people telling you it cannot work, some people need to be fed with a spoon they buy these crazy priced hydro ferts that are made of the same ingredients premixed for them. in my case i can add whatever i want whenever i want and plants love it

Well, u've got to try it or just watch other people's sick harvest pictures and slobber all over the keyboard.... I have to confess that I'm a impatient person, but if I had to prepare everything before grow, I shouldn't have grown my first grow cus it was hard to find all kinds of supplies for growing marijuana and it still is. Anyway I started without any knowledge of it and since then I kept upgrading everything, light, pot, soil, fertilizer, skill...... no offense, you were right, but I'm a kinda swim-in learning guy, once I decide something, I just dive in and learn from mistakes, I'll always find a way out if I don't drown. thank you for the admonition though

BTW, u know what, my last grow was trainwreck! I mean the strain name, lol

no you only dissolve each chemical in a small bottle seperately and use them to add to your res. you need to add a bit from every element to your res. how much you need to add depends on what stage of grow your in and your strains. i will look for a link in RIU that explains everything you would need hope i can find it :) i'll be back
