Help I hurt my roots

So a couple of my roots, like 3-4 got ripped off, should I be worried? And is their anything I could or should do to prevent any stunting of growth or anything like that.

Any responses would really be appreciated

It depends on she looking? Is she perty as a 16 year old or sagging like a 80 year old granny? If she sagging yes you have to do some worrying! How old is she now? The younger she is the more likely it could do her some harm!

Was it the thick 1s mate ?
And like mr ghetto said how does it look ?
I have pulled plants from capillary matting
And ripped a lot of roots from the plant with no real affect on the little lady

put in the shade for a day or two see how she's doing. then put in the light gradually if possible

Well shes a little older then 5 weeks now and she looks nice. Shes about 21 + inches tall and on about 500 ppmz of nutes. She also had a small injury, my cat had bit of a small piece at the top of the stem (possible cola):-(, also just yesterday or so, which seemed to have help stunt growth a little.

Any way she looks good, a little nute burn, and what looks like a little of a nitrogen deff starting from the bottom up. I was wondering if instead of not feeding should I be feed at 1/6 the nutes again like when she was a seedling? And should I really take her out of the light, she's been under a 400 watt MH bulb almost the entire grow.

Thx for all the responses.
And I know this isn't related, but when I put her into flowering under my HPS bulb on a 12/12 light schedule should I expect more lengthy growth then under my MH bulb?
