This is my first grow. I have nine female indicas and they are all flowering but I did'nt clone before they flowered. Can I still clone these? I really need to clone these because they have done so well. Please tell me yes and if you don't mind, tell me how to clone them on a tight budget. Thanks

What are they, 2nd-3rd week of flowering? You might still be able to clone them, it could depend on how receptive the plant is to being cloned!
Here's a great method that I was shown, it's simple, cheap and has never let me down https://www.rollitup.org/advanced-marijuana-cultivation/98386-why-do-my-clones-keep.html#post1189507
If they don't take to cloning, you could always re-veg the plants after you harvest. Just leave the lower couple of branches and give them a bit of light (like you'd give a seedling or clone) for 18 hours a day and you should see new vegetative growth within a week or two. Once they've grown back a good bit you can clone them as much as you like.
