Help-just got a big plant-dont know what to do!!!!

PLEASE HELP ME!!! My mom gave me this plant that she was letting grow next to her upstairs bedroom window. I know it needs to be in a bigger pot but also why is it so like wilted and droopy looking? Also the leaves are real big and long there real funny looking. Should I trim it down maybe? I think its a female plant because its got all these little white hair coming from it in all different spots. I just dont know what to do with it. To me it looks like it is in pretty bad shape. Here are a few pics of some of the leaves and the hairs growing from it! Some one PLEASE help me!!

OK, I read some of the grow facts but I still dont know if I should cut some of these real long leaves off at the stem or leave them. I know I mossdeff need to transplant it. Maybe it will get better after that. Its just so big though Im scared to. Its not in a good enough shape to start 12/12 is it? Judging from my pics, after I trans plant it do you think it would be best to just keep some good light on it or should I try to cut some of this droopy spoted leaves off? Only maybe one or two leaves have a yellow spot on them. I just hope it dont die!!! It smells so good!!!

start by reading the grow faq, top right and then if there is something you don't understand ask...

slow down don't over water get it under some good lights read up in the grow faq take it slow or it wont make it

oh its a female alright!!!!! No doubt... careful though!!! if you stress it too much, it may become a hermaphrodite around the end of its flowering cycle...

by interrupting it's light cycle there's a good chance that plant is gonna be trash from here on out, i'd try to duplicate it's OG lighting cycle with artificial lights and hope for the best. or you could just stick it back in the window and say fuck it.
