Help?! Leafs Curling?

ok the problem is that the leafs on my 1 week 2 day old plants are curling up on the sides by this i mean if you look at the leaf pointing to you it looks like a (U) but not quite as 90 degrees...what could cause this too much water maybe?

Been Running the system for 15 Min 6 times a day and running the light for 24 hours a day 7 days a week I am now on day 9 of the grow...

UPDATE:
Leafs were curling up on edges...
Just changed today (9th Day Of Veg) to water 15 Min 3 times a day...

where are the pics bra? good idea on the decreasing feeding as was first on my mind till the end of your articulate portrayal of your current setup.

Show some pics. How far away is your light? And you say the temp is 90?
