help maxx out 78x78x78 grow tent + rep

i already have one 1000 watt system and a 6 inch inline fan i just put in my new tent and its just not gona cut it like it did in my 4x4 if any one can help me i have about $800 to spend an need to expand + rep to anyone who can lend some advice

couple of possibilities
what you really need is 4 lights but that will cost you some bucks.
here is what i recommend. get yourself a second 1000 watt light
and then get yourself a mover. as movers go not all are created equal so get this one.

you can get them from the company on ebay for around 170. and the fucker uses Unistrut from home depot at around 17 bucks for a 10 footer you slice the strut at around 4 feet and span the room
and throw both lights on the mover and move them using the remainder of the strut side by side. you will only have to move them about 3 feet back and forth to cover the entire tent.

i was thinking of a light mover but i dont no how much weigh my tent can hold my friend told me i should just replace my 6 inch fan with a 12 and get 2 more 1000watters one mh and one hps when i get these other systems should i just go cool tubes like i have now or something else

I'd rather doing what mrshark suggested, 2x 1000w on a light rail. Otherwise you want 4 light, not 3. Also the hydro bill will be lower and will produce better or equal harvest with only 2 lights on a mover than 3 lights. Yeah you should consider cooltube as well, but for 2 lights your 6" fan should be enough.

Do you have any temp issue? CO2? RO water? All theses factors play big role in the harvest.

thanks for all the quick responces ive ben gone so i had to put the up grade on hold for a sec i do have some temp problems its at least ten degrese warmer at the tops of my plants than at the bottom which makes them mature uneven. Im not sure what ro water is, and i dont no that i wouldnt start a fire if i turned my fan off long enouf to make the co2 work unless i cut another hole in my house somewhere in the floor this time i just dont know if its worth it mabye led's also i took a look at that link and the website wont work i just wish you could pay some dude to come to ur house and set you up and spread some knowledge

no need for cool tubes if your hoods are vented
simply throw a passive 6 inch duct into your intake at floor level with pantyhose on the end to keep the bugs out. then slap the filter on the 6 inch fan and duct though both lights and vent out problem solved!
