Help me choose a nutrients line

What nutrients lists would I need to buy from start to finish. I will be growing in a NFT hydroponic system

I use Canna flores in my NFT mainly because it has pH neutral silica which is beneficial for stronger branching. GL

Jacks 5-12-26 or Masterblend 5-11-26 and calcium nitrate.

What would you guys add for roots an other additives. Like rapid rooter, amino treatment , big bud, cal mag ,and etc.

In all fairness, the only root booster I ever seen work was the old recipe many years ago from root excelerator in the silver bottle, the rooots were massive furry white as snow but contained certain ingredients that were banned and its like all the rest now, pretty much snake oil.

A good balanced diet will bring big healthy roots and a big harvest.

rapid rooter: B vitamins: plants produce B vitamins in abundance themselves and is a shill product.

amino treatment : Again, plants produce amino acids in abundance themselves and is a shill product.

big bud: again amino acids with a weak PK.

cal mag: only beneficial if using hard water and also some LED need calcium in flower due to a certain red nanometer in flowering.

i strongly agree with all your post except this:
almost guaranteed to be needed when using RO or distilled water.

Nothing. Those additives and such are not needed to grow healthy plants. Save your money and buy liquor instead.

i would say you only need it in RO. you said you only need it for hard water.

i agree with all your other stuff: most of this crap is snake oil.

For the last 3 week of flower would this help my bud to get bigger. Botanicare ripen with 1-5-4 npk I think it the same as advance nutrients overdrive

What iv got atm does it need anything else ? Kelp fulvic ? More si ? Epsom salts ? That'd man just need ro be bang on as bmnevwr used this ..& only thing I got ..

Not sure what you have at the moment, if you mean canna then it does not need anything else unless you use blurple LED then i would add a calcium supplement for sure. GL.

Am in soft water in UK so about 65 ppm can I use cal mag in my tank first to bring water up to 100-200ppm that's what canna said useing there product!! If in sort water & next question can I use empsom salt too in the same tank if I add it last or best to folier feeding with a fulvic say ?

Yes, you use calmag in soft water, you can add epsom salts as well, foliar feed should only be used to get a quick fix when a deficiency arises.

tbh less is better. I like my powdered nutes doe

choose whatever nutrients are availlable to you it won't make a big difference. Some generic 20-20-20 and calmag would do the trick. I am currently using 20-20-20 with calmag and some rootfarms nutrients from canadian tire
