what are these pest

How big is it? Hard to tell, flying ant?

Pics aren’t good enough to zoom in on. What are they doing as far as plants?

earwigs dont have wings.

Hell the picture was so fuzzy I didn't even click on it. I thought I saw pinchers. Looks like a fly?

it is not a thrip, mite, or aphid so you're probably good just clean up your place. no sweet sticky shit, or food, or poop. thats what flys like.

I don't have none of those issues...my place is clean I just don't know where this Flys are coming from....there always around my plant

i dont recognize any cannabis pest in any of your pictures. the fly looks like a scavanger fly or winged ant. there are also some gnats or mosquitos on the sticky trap as well. Make sure you're drying out your soil between waterings and not leaving any dead plant material or anything else laying around the room. Everything should be fine this doesn't look like an infestation. are the plants fine?

Termites are articulated differently. I’m guessing some small solitary species of bee.
