Help me identify these problems! (w/pics)

Hey guys i could use your expertise to solve this one out. I am stuck trying to figure out what the problem here is!
I use strictly tap water sitting out for 24 hrs
the girls are about 3 weeks old.
Oddly enough, all 3 plants exhibited different problems all at the same time, which leads me to think its my water source, but it hasnt changed since the begininning.
Any input would be useful!

if soil and watering are perfect then um sickness like rust fungus....

but looks like your using coconut fiber? I only use it for cloning...

coco? Was it rinsed? pH? Coco has about no nutes. If reg soil it needs perlite. I use reg soil myself.

its called moko coco, a coco with enough nutes for plants to grow 2-4 weeks with just plain water.
PH is about 6.5

Ph is way to high in coco u need to treat it as hydro with a ph of 5.6 to 5.8
