led on 24/7.
gave it nutrients but thought i was giving it to much so stopped giving it the nutrients.

Do not give nutrients again until you seed nice dark growth. After that, then you can again attempt to flood it with nutes.
I would say at least two weeks. And, maybe while your at it, just pinch the very tip off, just the very newest growth, those tiny leaves, it will cause it to grow more weed in the end.

I would guess you are using MG or a similar product right? This stuff has time released water activated nutes in it. Therefore every time you water, you feed, ading nutes on top of that caused the burn. Stop feeding and you may want too cut down on the watering as well, depending on how often and how much you are watering.
