Help! New grower, leaves drooping, new growth yellowish

Hello,

This is my first grow.

I am using Crop King Seeds, growing 2 Blue Cookies and 2 White Banners in Pro Mix HP (soilless) with Dyna Gro's Foliage Pro nutrients in a 4x4 grow tent with a 315w CMH light.

Current temperatures stay between 25º-28º with humidity between 45-60. Air is circulated using two 7" fans (without blowing directly on the plants) and there is a 6" exhaust fan to ensure old air is removed so fresh air keeps coming in.

These plants were put into the medium on July 9th and 11th, two of which are growing bigger and faster than the rest, their tap roots sprouted quicker.

I think they're pretty small for where they should be.. I made a few mistakes at the beginning, not using pH water while they were seedlings for the first 2 weeks and also had bad drainage and poor lighting, but since then, all that has been fixed. They all started to grow quite nicely, until the last few days that is.

It seems the White Banners are the ones really struggling as my biggest Blue Cookies still looks quite nice to me. The smaller one got some dirt on the leaves while transplanting and it ended up drying them out so I snipped them off. I'll be sure to not leave and dirt behind in the future.

Long story short, I have made a point to not overwater, only watering when the top 3/4-1" is dry, though at the same time, I don't think I've been underwater either. It takes about 4 days for them to dry out each time.

Their two last feedings took place 4 days apart, once using 4ml foliage pro per gallon pH at 5.98, the next (today) I gave them 2.8ml per gallon pH at 6.45. I gave less nutrients because I'm not sure if I over did it for their size last time. I haven't been watering to 20% run off because I thought they were a little too small to be doing so in the 1g fabric pots they're in.

Anyways, my White Banner plants are droopy, more so each day. The new growth on the biggest plant is coming out relatively yellow as well in comparison to my other plants.

I'm here for advice on what could be wrong and what I should do to prevent my first few ladies from dying on me!

Thank you all for the help!

(First 2 pictures show White Banner on July 31st, the rest are from August 6th)

I'm going to go ahead and assume I fucked up and some how over watered this whole time even though I really didn't think I did. After feeding them all earlier today, they've all drooped like crazy. I guess best thing to do now is just wait for it to dry out and give very small feedings moving forward.

If anyone has advice or suggestions please let me know.

Most people confuse drowning with overwatering. It's kind of hard to drown a plant... that is unless you keep its roots soaked. They appreciate a nice dry period. So even if you're just giving it a couple squirts "just to make sure it's getting enough" the roots won't necessarily appreciate it. Some less than others. They'll be just fine as long as you don't let yourself be scared to let it dry out and droop the other way. Once you can tell the two "droops" apart, you'll know if she's thirsty or drowning.

I have some seedlings at a remote location and I don't get to them on a normal schedule so i do just give them a squirt before I leave. Sure enough, 4 out of 5 strains are losing lower leaves due to my overwatering. Which really should be referred to as too frequent waterings. But whatever you get the point. They look like you keep them moist. If not, then the roots are deeper than you're watering. Only you can know which. Looks like the former though.

Thanks a lot for the reply, it really helped put me at ease. They all looked a lot better today, I'm going to take the advice and let them dry up a bit to see the difference between the two.

Hey guys! My girl is 3 weeks old tomorrow!
I water everyday, usually a cup of water at a time.

This time I decided to water until there was run off. Right after... she started drooping.

I'm going to say it's safe to assume I just over watered right? This is the first time shes drooped.

What I notice is plants droop if watered too fast, not if you give too much water. Can give alot of water without much drooping if done slowly. Maybe too fast and roots cant breath and they droop but idk shit haha

Your room is entirely too hot if that thermostat is right. That is not a comment about the droop, but an observation. You running CO2? If not get that temp at least 10 degrees cooler.
Yes. I have had a long talk with numerous growers. Constant c02 flow into the intake. Air is constantly being exchanged in and out. That's why the humidity is down to 35% so I can run higher temps

Also, you can see how she was perked up just fine before watering. I either watered to fast or over watered.

No offense, but I would get ahold of your watering before tackling CO2.
I'll second that.

Def watered too fast. They just need an hour or two and they should have perked right up  You will also find that your pot will dry out faster when you make it run off. It's a gravity thing. How soon you will transplant should decide how often you water till run off. Its nice to thoroughly water every time but it eats the nutrients up much faster. You're looking good though either way.
