There obviously a def. of some kind. Iam running into it now too. It didn't start raising it's head till my first week of flower. I usually use a extra nutrient additive. I use florilicous plus. Has a lot minerals and vitamins not contained in most hydro nutes. Don't know if your soil or hydro but these additives can be used for both. Good luck I am fighting problems like yourself ......SUCKS

One other thing you may try which I probably am going to get more of is SUPERTHRIVE. I have used it before but loned it to a friend and the jerk used it up and never replaced it. It also has a tone of mineral and vitamins for the plants Some people on here love it and many are on the fence about the product.

First off your plant isn't dying its just a little sick. Secondly its sick because it has some kind of deficiency but what kind I will leave to more knowledgeable posters to diagnose. From the look of things though you have a nute lock out in your medium (its soil?), so your first step I believe is to flush your pot thoroughly with distilled water to get rid of any built up ferts, then after you've given the soil some time to dry out start feeding again with a good growth fert at 1/4 strength and see if that helps any.
