Help, plants are dying

I have these three little outdoor plants that are flowering. The leaves have slowly turned yellow/brown. They are getting good amount of sun, it is only about 75-85 degrees here in northern AZ. I am using fox farm coco loco moco choco soil. A little fish emulsion every now and then. There are three other plants right next to these that are bigger and doing great. What is going on with these and if it is a bug problem, why is it only affecting these three plants?

They look hungry and that one with the rotten leaf, why is it all wet and what's all that crap on it?

They look like they are starving!

The last two pics look like there may be some bud rot or something else going on, where you wet down the plant.

Aren't you supposed to feed every watering with coco?

Fish emulsion is a short term nutrient
Not meant to be used occasionally

Root bound.

I would up pot into a bigger container with some organic dry "bloom" amendments added.

It rained like hell last night, the black stuff is soil that bounced up from the rain.

Can I just put it into a bigger pot and throw some bat guano in there? I don't have nutrients other than fish emulsion, miracle grow and bat guano

I'm not sure about the feeding with coco, but the one plant with rotten leave definitely has a bit of bud rot and it looks like maybe it spread to the other two. Is there any saving them ?

Those are specks of soil that bounced up onto the plant from a monsoon last night

I don't have experience treating it but I would follow @Radicle420 suggests and "cut it out and see how bad it is. "

Based on the bud pics, looks like budworms to me. When I've had them I could sometimes see them very early in the morning crawling on the buds, when the sun shines on them and it starts to warm up for the day they go inside the bud. If you crack a few buds that look that way open you should see the fuckers (assuming that's your problem)

I have these 2 little ones barely making it especially the one in the dirt . I will say i started a 1 gallon pot with miracle grow,(not good) and after reading how bad it was on specifically cannabis plants i took out the 1 gallon and tried to get some of the old mg off but look at these they are both i think too much nutrient and burning the crap out of the plants. Its like what the hell to do i even started spraying them with salt water to green up by giving magnesium but nothing, zero, bupkas. Weeds arent supossed to be this hard to grow.

Why is Miracle Gro bad for cannabis?
Nitrogen is nitrogen, no matter the source
and the same goes for potassium and phosphorus

Well the miracle grow just gives the plant too much. I think the pics i have show everything. Burned badly and its not like i can stop it either. Thats why i will never use it on cannabis again.
