Help plants not right today.

I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem I'm having with 2 cherry pie kush plants.

I'm running 18/6. 4 2' HO t5's 6500k. Temps are 80ish lights on and normally 68-70 lights off but last night my heater kicked on and off an hour early. So they saw 86 degrees to 64 low. RH is 50% lights HIGH, and drops to about 30% when my exhaust kicks in for 2 minutes every half hour. If I run the exhaust too much the humidity goes into the low 20% so I have to pulse it like that. Maybe a circulation issue? But they seem fine for the couple weeks prior, same conditions....

Today I noticed they did not perk up for 6am light, and are droopy all day. Usually they start drooping around 3 hours before lights off and by morning they are perky and ready for the light.

Fed about 3 days ago with GO BOX, first time full strength, a few previous feedings I did 1/2 strength.

Any advice would be extremely welcomed. I have also another seedling going that did not have this problem, and another plant that was unaffected.

Pots are very dry so I watered just on of them with straight tap water (aged and aerated for a couple days) to see if it's an underwatering condition.

That's what I thought too but it has been 3 days since I watered. And the days prior they were looking not just great, super great....The leaves would stretch for the sky every morning like they were sdo happy. Then this morning they just didn't do what they normally do.

That's why I watered one plant only just now. The runt (just in case).

Alright so through the motion capture I can see already that the one I gave the water to is perking up, possibly temporary?

I love this motion capture it takes a snapshot every 5 minutes and then you just roll through the pics it's like bringing the plants to life.....It can play tricks on you because of the fans in there blowing the plant around but 1/2 hour and all 6 frames show upward motion.

I think that may have been why they were drooping. GET THIS, THOUGH. WTF am I doing to myself....???.....Now I'm thinking, Is drooping even a telltale sign of a "problem" or could it be something like the plant concentrating on root growth? SHowld I have let it droop for another day. Should I water the other one. I think I am going to I like the plants happy.

Man every other hobby I've ever had, I could always put on pause. I didn't think about that what I started into this hobby. Also I've grown attached. I'll do basically anything to keep them healthy. Spending money like water.

I'd be interested in knowing if you pull them out of this. My leaves are very saggy as well. I too thought it was overwatered.

okay I watered the other one and the first one is looking better. I'll keep updated but with only 3 hours before lights out I doubt I'll see much tonigby. we will see how they look tomorrow.

How old are they? Size of pot?
Any chance they could be rootbound?
I just moved mine from the solo cup at 21 days, but it had been looking for a new home since a couple days before Thanksgiving, but I had company.

No chance of rootbinding yet.

The problem was definitley under-watering. They were back to their usual routine this morning, reaching high for the lights. In fact I had to raise the lights. Check out the pic.

Put something underneath the seedling cup to raise it...that will stretch like a mofo.

Thanks for the advice I will do that tonight. I thought about raising it but haven't yet.

And keep an eye on that larger seedling cup, that's looking like she could be ready for transplant soon.

that's about what mine looks like as far as roots. it's more than ready to repot but that plant is actually NOTHING special; a bag seed that my friend accidentally grew. Of some not that great weed. So that one I experiment with. I probably won't keep it around much longer.

When I got it it was very tiny and flowering. Reversion went well. I also tried FIM on it.

That's kinda what I'm doing now also, experimenting with bagseed, to figure out what I like and don't like doing before I get into buying seeds.
My last grow, with 2 plants, I got a little over 1/4oz dry, outdoors with no veg, and poor temps and light the last month or so.

Droopy again this morning. Last night I thought they seemed dry but didn't think it was possible in 2 days.

Watered full strength go box PH'ed to 6.3.

I'm finding I have to water these girls every 2 days?????? I guess it's the 33% perlite....Thought I'd be able to get at least 3 days but that's just too long...

Does that seem normal????

When mine was in the solo cup, I was watering every other day, unless my RH dropped, then it was about day and half.
Now that I have it in a 1 1/2 gal. pot, I am watering every other day again.
I've got mine around 40% perlite.

No they are rootbound which is giving you the moisture issues.
