Help please, cotyledons on seedling look bad after removing shell

I need your guy's/gal's expertise again. My latest little seedling did really good at the start. Grew a nice tap root in the paper towels. Then I moved her into a rapid rooter in a seedling pot. Again, she did great, poked her head out after just 24 hours. But then 3 days after poking her head out she was still very firmly stuck in the shell. It was barely cracked open. I researched online and people seemed to recommend helping her get out of the shell at that point. So I did. But while I usually see nice green leaves once the shell comes off, this one had these tiny little yellow/beige-ish tiny little leaves. Now, almost 3 days later she still looks like that. What can I do to help her?

Edit: I should mention, I have her in my grow tent. The light is on 16 hours a day. I have it dialed down to about 30% and quite high above her. Not sure that is the right thing to do but she seemed so fragile.

Or … just let it fall off without forcing it ?

The yellow booger color is because pigmentation still needs to happen. Your impatience can also be heavy handed.
