Help please. I messed up

I have 2 small feminized plants. A Larry Og and a G13 Gigabud. After germination all was well and I planted them in 3 gallon pots with maybe 2 gallons of soil. They grew to about 8-10 high and were healthy but I gave them the wrong nute mix. I had a couple gallons made up, one for these plants and one for a couple that are flowering. Anyway, they stopped growing and after about 3 days I flushed them, they are in a Sunshine #4, with about 4-5 gallons of RO water. The pots are square with a lot of drainage holes and I had them slightly elevated with a fan blowing on them to help with the drying. After a couple more days the pots were still heavy and I gently tipped one over and held the plant and eased the pot off. No roots were broken but they pretty much fillee the soil medium so I replanted them in a larger pot, also square and added additional mix all around including underneath. I wet, but not soaked the new mix with a farily weak solution of gh grow, gh micro, cal mag, AN carb load and voodoo juice. It's been 2 days, and nothing is happening. The pots are pretty heavy so there is a lot of water. I use RO water and with the nutes it was a bit acidic buy not horribly so. I added just a little PH up. Any suggestions on what I should do? I was thinking maybe I should take something 1/8" diameter and make some holes down through the soil to let some air in. I hate to lose these, I only have one seed of each. Thanks for any suggestions. Photos won't really help. Currently the plants have that overwatered look. Kind of droopy.

wait till they dry out and give them the right mix. foliar feed once a day with some N and wait to see what happens. Or wait till they dry out then flush them and start your feeding again as usuall.
good luck and happy farming

You broke the roots up this is why it's drooping.
May wanna take it easy on the amount of light you give'em.
If perks back up in 2 or 3 days it be alright!
If it don't perk back up in 4 days Oh Well!
