ok so i have some mite on my girls they are 4 weeks and 4 days in to budding, i've just let of this in there has anyone else used this before

I didn't see mites on that list. Many insecticides are unsafe during flowering as they affect (poison) the final product.

Some grow shops will sell you something even though they know it will not work. Just to get the sell.

has anyone used smoke bombs before?

I have used Doktor Doom for mites but never during flowering. For flowering problems I use Neem Tree Oil.
