Hello!

I cannot find out this question anywhere!

I have a box thats about 2 feet high, and 10 inches wide/deep. I have some northern lights x haze seeds and would like to grow ONE plant at a time. What size of CFL should I use for Veg and flowering? Also should I use the 'cool' bulbs for veg and the 'warm' bulbs for flowering?

Thanks ALOT!

You want as much light as possible. Every little bit will help. If you just want to use one bulb you should make it a big one. Like a 150 or 200 watt CFL. But you might be better off with several smaller ones like maybe 3 42 watt bulbs. You are correct, you want "cool" (4000k and higher) for veg and "warm" (3500k and lower)for flower. But you can use a full spectrum 6500K for both, but its not the best way to go. Perfect flowering CFL's are 2700K and are quite common at most stores. Here's a site that will show you all the different types of CFL's. 2 to 200 Watt Compact Fluorescent Bulbs : 1000Bulbs.com Check them out.
Thats a small box your talkin about so Size will matter lol. Good luck.
