So should i sbip these first or just let the rest of the plant go a bit drier, then start the cure process of so called "wicking"
If it were me, id rearrange my drying area IF its causing me problems. I'll face the fans in the opposite direction at a speed slow enough that doesn't swing/blow the tops of my harvest, they are only there to keep the air from going stale.

Not sure just how dry your harvest really is, but if you feel its too dry you could probably wick the moisture back out through the stalk by jarring them up or putting them in turkey bags and checking them every 6 hours. If you are actually dry and ready for storage, your bud should already be somewhat smokable. If it feels mushy when you try to break it open its still got moisture inside.

Buy a hygrometer, its worth it if you plan on getting your product to the exact RH you need.

I dry my plants in my spare shower. Stays around 60%RH and upper 60's right now. Sounds like your low RH is a factor. See if you can increase the RH in the tent.

You could try clipping the super dry ones and jarring them with an RH meter in the jar to check things. One time I f’ed up and way over dried some bud. I put them in a jar with a piece of orange peel for a day or so. It worked out ok. Gave it nice smell too.

when harvesting i like to hang plants whole for as long as possible then when i feel the leaves on the buds becoming crispy and the stalks changing from green to brown i like to trim them all up and jar them all together they will soon all have an evan amount of moisture throughout big buds and small, and then quite often they will be back out the jar and onto a drying rack, here is where you start feeling your buds dry evenly, then back into the jars and sometimes back out again until im happy to jar up for good. This process used to fascinate me. Good luck

i do the same thing.

i keep a hygrometer in the jar and when RH gets above 65% i put the buds back on the drying rack for an hour. if the jar stays below 65% it doesn't get opened.

you yourself probably don't need it but i highly recommend to those hesitant about curing, definetely worth $10 and you only really need 1 as your other jars probably the same.
