Help! Possible plant problem need advice

The Top 44 x Bubblegum is the strain I'm growing right now its been about 2 1/2 weeks now and she is doing good but the second set of true leaves are strating to curve up on the edges.. if its a deficiency wanted to try and catch it early on also Im not sure if this is normal But the first set of true leafs have little pistils coming from the crevice between the stem and were the trunk meet could this be a sign of early flower? I did change the lighting from 24/0 to 20/4 so that may have had an effect but I thought it was only if it was a dramatic change...

Leaf curling is almost always a sign of a water/drainage issue. If the tips curl down in the extreme, it is most likely drainage issue/over watering. The leaf tips curl in order expose their maximum surface area to the air for better evaporation.

If the leaves fold up along the central vein it is the leaf trying to conserve water. Add more water.

If just the tips are curling up then that could be several issues like nute deficiency. Also, genetic variation can make plants just do weird stuff while young and weak and they are adjusting to their particular environment.

Your pics look good to me. I would just monitor the situation, ensure proper medium drainage and saturation levels and see if the plant outgrows it.

Throwing a few pistils at 2 weeks old under veg lighting is not something I would classify as normal...
Well I wouldnt freak out over it...as long as it has a node, it can show its sex in veg by throwing a pistil or 2 at the nodes and not stress the plant out in any way

awesome thank you all for the wonderful input really helped me calm down a bit ahaha, I have been using some 27w fluorescent tube lights and a UV/blue light grow light 5w im planning on getting one of those 400 mh/hps lights soon though and have a fan on the way my soil is some indoor/outdoor potting soil Hyponex by scotts and some seedling starter pot mix containing the moss and perlite all that good stuff I just wanted to make sure she was doing okay as my other plants aren't so... hope everyones growing good wish the best of luck to all!

Get the 400 soon as possible. You are grossly underlit for more than a seedling or clone. I never was a fan of fluorescents myself. The plant has to literally grow up against the bulb to do any good and the buds were always weak and fluffy.

Plants under weak light are also very susceptible to nutrient burn because the plants simply cannot metabolize high amounts of nutes without lots of light.

Upgrade your lights. Quick.

That's completely understandable. Unfortunately to grow a decent crop requires a certain investment otherwise you are just stunting and starving what could be the next Haze and waste a lot of time wondering why they are stunted and yellow looking.

I use Apollo horticulture lamps. They have 400w packages that are less than 100 dollars. I just bought a full 1000w setup for 150 from them.

Leaf canoeing is caused by heat,or by fans hitting a set of leaves to much ,but 99.9% of the time heat,to hot

I really doubt is pistils but probably new branches as thats where the come out at this stage, if my understanding of your description is right. There are also two little stipuoles at each internode on either side but thats not in the crevice part.

Never mind you were definitely right about it being new branches they were just so small yesterday and all the new growth was coming from the center so I didn't expect that but she also has some new ones coming out on the second nodes as well really awesome to get to pay this much attention to the growth of a plant that I have been smoking my whole entire life I really need to look into getting some better lighting but the thin is the space under the sink is so small and compact im not sure what would be the best bet I know I want one of them hanging t5 lights or maybe the galaxy hps but I just cant right now maybe them blue and uv strip lights that that dude had would work fine im not sure what to do I want to produce a good yield mainly for myself but may let my friends taste some of this pressure lmao! any advice? thak you all for being so honest and open with me I really need the help....

also the edges around a couple of the leaves are curling up some dosent seem to be canoeing so I didn't think it was due to to much light just maybe it isn't getting enough? any tips much appreciated I brought both o my lights closer already thinking it may help so the rays don't loose to much light

ill post some updated pics in a few if I can find some different batteries for this camera (that's why it hasn't been taking good pictures lately)

Pictures of my baby at 2 3/4 weeks hows she looking the edges around the leaves are starting to curl up is this a sign that it needs more lighting??
I hate giving grow advice past the technical stuff, heat, light and air exchange are like a tripod, if one isnt right the others will suffer.

Wait until you master the basics till you start messing with the other side of growing like UV and stuff. Leaf curl is generally a transpiration problem, too hot, humid or your pushing it too hard with lights but i only solved problems like that with better environment.
