Help some spots!

So I have a few plants growing in a closet that are now about 2 weeks old. They are looking great, bushy, pretty tall, 6 chutes already, super green! But the other day I noticed the spots in picture 2. The spots are on that one single leaf out of all the plants, but im still scared. It looks to small for overwatering and it kinda looks like spider mites doesnt it? I will be honest the room was pretty dirty until today =/ Also in picture 1 is it normal for the leaves to curl down like that?

ya thats spider mites and eggs. the leaves are drooping because they are too big for their stem to hold them..normal. Take care of that spider mite problem and keep your grow area clean.

Damn, thats what I suspected. So, the grow closet is in the basement of a ... very... dirty.. basement. Its unfinished down there and there are a few bugs but they seem to stay out of my cabinet (assuming due to good circulation, the spiders cant sit still its so windy haha). So what Im trying to say is I doubt I can completely get rid of these buggers. Is there a way to just combat them? Will I still be able to grow? Is there just some solution I can use when I water to effectively keep them away?

Today I was able to get back to the plants and there were a few more yellowing dots. I inspected the bottom of all the leaves, and I think I can confirm it being spider mites. there were about 3 very small little webs and actually the only spider mite I seen I killed. Is this normal? From what I read they are visible if looking close, this is my first grow and its small so trust me I STARED at the leaves lmfao. The only one I found was relatively easy to see and was clear. I did just up the temps by like 10 degrees in there and it was SUPER dirty.

The grow room now though it back to about 70 when lights off and 75 with them on so its cooled down alot (read this helps control the mites) Also I cleaned the room up a TON and got all the plants and lights etc off the floor. Lastly got another pretty nice fan blowing on the plants so that hopefully it pisses them off.

So if you read all that I appreciate it and the one big question I have to ask is do you think I should wait to see if they spread further or wait to see if they go away since I have adjusted to make their lives hell =P If you think I should go get some neem oil, lmk where I can get n how much it normally costs. Thanks for all the help!

Oh yeah! Forgot to ask! These plants are only about 2 weeks old. I plan to flower them at about a month (if they are healthy) Since its so early on in their life should I use a spray pesticide to get rid of them fast or go the organic way with neem oil. (just wondering if its early enough that pesticides wont matter)

Here's what I use in case of spidermites (100% effective):

hot pepper wax, neem oil or soap, any insecticide with dicofol (don't use after 2 weeks of flowering), tobacco juice (soak 3 strong cigs in water overnight, boil 2-3 minutes in the morning, let it cool, spray in on and under the leaves... careful not to get it in your eye). The tobacco juice works perfectly, even in late flowering. Credits for it go to a guy on ICMag.
