Help! Ugly clones

i took some clones off a few plants bout a month ago and some did great but the others look lik the not gonna make it i tried changing the dirt, flushing them out opinion greatly appreciated

the first pick is a week and a half after i took the clones and the others are now

Not a very high success rate cloning straight into a pot of soil, use some thing small with little/no nutes eg rw cube, cup of perlite etc. and dont saturate when watering.

were can i find rockwool cubes other than a hydro store? is the lime to bring my ph down? n thx for the comments
