Possibly a cal-mag deficiency! Looks exactly like what happened to my girls.
By chance you using RO water?!

Will they bounce back if I add more cal mag?

yes, using distilled water, you think I should go with tap water?

This is my first time to do this, so very green!

Nah, I'm using RO water as well! But yeah I'd give them a healthy dose of cal-mag probably like 2-5ml!
I like my RO water I just have to add some extra cal-mag then what the feeding chart asks for!

But yeah they should definitely make a comeback! It looks like you caught it early!
Just make sure new growth doesn't look like that! That leaf will brown or die don't worry about affected leaves!

You can give a plant to much cal-mag and begin to lock out other nutes!
But here I'll give you a reference!
I usually make up a 12 gallon res I add about 45 ml to the 12 gallons. Then when I put my res water in my dwc buckets (around 3 gallons give or take) I add about 5 more ml to each dwc bucket! Since then I have not had any more deficiencies!

I add 3 tbsp dry epsom salts to my nute mix. I grow outdoors inground.
5 gallon bucket.
fill to the 3 gallon mark with a good mulch
Add 1lb worm castings
3 tbsp epsom salts,
1 cup vermiculite or perlite
shells from about 3-4 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
A scoop of powdered milk
Mix well, spread by hand covering your grow surface area then cultivate into soil 2-3 inches, water with distilled water.
I alternate fertilizer. One month my mix, the next month(or when chemistry indicates) I fertilize with a fish emulsion. Water when needed.
This works for me.

Another question for you, where is the sweet spot for the PPM and PH?

So, I was having problems with my ph sitting around 6.0 I ph it down to 5.6 thanks to some help from guys on here. And I'll never look back! My ppm likes to sit in between like 900-1300 I felt that 1300+ was burning my plants!
