help what wrong

looks like bug damage. i can't recall seeing a deficiancy like that before although i could be wrong ?

Manganese deficiency from the look,it usualy comes from to much Magnesium in the soil,i could be wrong, but check your nutes and the ratio of magnesium present in them it could be to high. The fix would be to foliar to feed the plant with a solution containing manganese, and to lower the amount of magnesium in the feeding.

Agreed with above. check the NPK values on the nutes you are using as well as what is in your soil. She is telling you she wants something else than what she's getting.( obviously) So more information would help. NPK values would be nice Hope it helps Good luck

How old a plant? I'll bet around 5 weeks. If it is around there, it's a calcium deficiency, at least it could be.

JMO.....Looks almost like you splashed nutes on it -- or got the leaves wet while still under the lights and burned it-- or even Thrips (hope not- the lil bastards are worse than mites!)
Look at the underside of the leaves for tiny little beige bugs--
