HELP!!, What's going on here??? Third Dimension / Grape Ape / Cotton Candy

Hello everyone, i need some help or advice here. I have seven plants that i started in soil about a week ago, everything was going fine until 4 days ago. Now my plants are starting to yellow on the older leaves and all the leaves are starting to droop. I have each plant in a solo cup with a half and half of Happy Frogs Potting Soil (pic below) and Sunshine Soilless mix (pic below). I am currently using 2 105w CFLs one 5000K and 6500K. Since this is my first time growing in soil i'm kinda running blind. I have not given the plants nutes yet.

Here is my soil mix

Please help, i don't want to loose my babies.

At first i was watering a little bit each morning, then I started to read a lot about growing with soil and over watering. So i watered one last time yesterday and now i'm going to wait till the cups get light. I went to buy a soil ph/moisture meter today but no one had one, so i have to wait till my hydro shop opens. The water i've been using is at 6.5 ph. I have lots of air movement and lots of light. I usually grow hydro but i wanted to try soil to grow some mother plants. They are on a 18/6 light schedule.

looks like they want to eat, try top dressing with the happy frog and then water it in, they don't look over watered.

i don't know exactly whats in the happy frog but i know the sunshine mix is barren as far as nutrients go.

you can also try transplanting them into a bigger container with a higher happy frog ratio, maybe do 3 parts happy frog to 1 part sunshine mix, or you can simple start a 1/4 dose light feeding.

I'm planning on using General Hydroponics flora series for my nutes, should I mix 1/4 strength of the micro, bloom, and gro and feed them? My containers are kinda heavy.

I did top my soil off with the half and half mix and did a water last night, just an fyi.

Here are the ingredients in the Happy Frog Soil Mix

Just a heads up, i just flushed the plants to get a PPM and pH reading. The pH of the run off is 5.8 and the PPM is 774, not sure why its so high but i have no idea what to do. Any advice would help. Please help i don't want to loose my girls. Also i am using pH 6.2 adjusted distilled water

Here is an update on my girls. Looks as if they are starting to snap back, just removed all the dead leaves, and moved them to new pots. They all seem to be responding nicely. I just feed them a 1/4 strength nute solution of the General Hydro Flora Series.

Here are some pics.
