Help! Why Are My Plants Looking Like This?

Ok im using Roots Organic medium 30 days veg
Fox farm nutes applied first nutes 2 days ago but the leaves were already like that before. I thought it might be a defieciency used less than recommended dose.
2 days into flowering 58 more to go

That is one plant 2 leaves
I water approx every 3 days
ph not quite sure I use tap water and leave it out for 24 hrs before use

as long as top leaves do not burn at tips continue with what you are doing.

all will be good.

So you had that plant grow to that size in that pot for 30 days with no nutes? I'd say if that was the case and you got a lot of roots sticking out the bottom holes of the pot that your plant needed nutes and wasn't overfertilized, if hellraizer30 say overferted then maybe but i don't see how and with all that perlite it got to weaken the available nutes again making it even more nute deficient. Hmm, if i had leaves in that scenario i'd fertilize too as you say you have just done, if the problem dosen't stop or show signs of slowing then maybe it is nute burn. Guess we'll see what happens with the added ferts now.

Flush with 3x the volume of the bucket and start back with 1/2 nutes and stay on top of you ph

Use plain ph water to flush
Take of the bad leaves there toast and burned
Leaves dont come back
