help wit dwc...question:

Ive only grown outdoors so im new to this hydro dwc shit....can sum1 just explain where to put the clone or ur seedling....like i kno its best to use peat pellets...but how far down do you put them in the hydroton? and how does the hydroton or deep water culture work exactley...help would be greatly appreciated...

whoa no peat in hydro....unless you are referring to the starter plugs of course....just not those peat pucks from the Home Depot.

In DWC you will use a net pot instaed of the one I am about to show you.....fill your water till it comes up to the bottom of your net pot or maybe a cm or 2 higher......

Fill pot halfway with hydroton, put in clone.......like below



Fill around with hydroton and cover roots and plug with a few layers to keep the light out......



Then when it looks like this....except in a net pot set it in the vessel you are using with water just touching the bottom of the pot......fire up the air pumps and away you grow
