Help with autopilot c02 controller

Hi I just got the digital fuzzy logic c02 controller and I have everything hooked up and the c02 input light wont click on even though I have it set to 1500 ppm and the room is at 500 right now , So it should be coming on but it isnt, I dont know whats going on has anyone else had problems with this?

Is it a burner? Take a look inside. Check the safety tip-over switch it is taped to the frame. Take the tape off. It woks like a plumb bob. It hangs plumb if the machine tips it turns off the machine.

Thanks for the help, I figured it out though The c02 monitor has two power switches and I have them both plugged in so I unplugged one and It clicked right on, thanks
