Help with diagnosis

So I just moved a few plants from under a 4 bulb T5 to an HLG 550. Plant's were looking great until two days after the move they're all showing the same damage. Is it light/heat damage or is it a pest issue ? I checked leaves with the magnifying scope and didn't see anything. Feed schedule and PH have been the same as under the T5's. The bud sights almost look like I light a match under them. I suspect heat stress combined with the 300 watts of LED at 24 inches but I'm not sure.

I think its a combination of things you did when you moved them under the LEDS. During transitions like that I believe less is more. I would have made sure I had a similar DLI under leds as I did under the T5's. This would mean slightly less PPFD in your flower room for the first few days. I doubt it's heat stress under LEDS... need to know distance you hang your lights, intensity on the fixture and room/leaf temps to rule out heat issue, but I doubt it is one. I also don't think it was the soap unless your mix was to strong. I've burnt plants before spraying "strong" stuff for bugs/pm but feel it was due to the "concoction" I made, using 3 products mixed together, all compatible, but mixing it all in 1gal of water when I should have used 3gal.

Idk man I'm lost at this point. T5 was around 200 watt at 16 inches. I moved them to HLG at 250-300 watt at 24 inches. Temp did get up to 85-87 one day then down to 65 that same night. Leaf temps been in the 70-75 range. I keep checking for bugs and can't find any other than a few fungus knats babies. What's weird is the damage is mostly on bud sights/tops even the lower ones. I will check for russet mites again.

Stems should not be purple like that.

check runoff (mediums), ph and ppm/ec to make sure it is in range.
