Hm im not a dr but i play one on the internet.
Looks like a lockout ph issue. Do you use a reliable meter? Over feeding and high ppm tap water?
Hard to say exactly what it is with just a glance at a pic but id say start there.
Many new growers will think the purple stems and yellow leaves are due to not enough nutes....which in a way is true and another is totally wrong. What happens when you overfeed is the extra salts are left behind in the soil causing the ph to swing then you feed again but the soils ph is off so plant cant absorb the nutes your giving it properly and the cycle repeats until it becomes toxic
