help with DWC

Hi fellows.....
unfortunatelly my first growing was failed (soil), and i aim at my second round in DWC.
As i know it's the easiest system,and not worse than ebb&flo....so if i can i want to join this for my second round~~
my problem is that i just know the simple theory of DWC,but dont know every detail about it...even i have read many journal of it , but i still cant understand..i know i m a stupid girl~~~
so who can give me some information about how to build a system,of course it's better in detail....
any help here would be awesome~~

With my set up i keep the water 1/2 below the rockwool and i hand water until my roots show then i lower to 1/2 inch below the netpot it has always worked for me this way

Hk i want u to succeed cuz ur awesome. When germing or cloning in dwc u want to keep ur water levels hiiiiiii... enuff to only keep ur rock moist not wet.(@ the bottom of the pot or right above the bottom of the pot)
Once ur roots begin to grow out of the pots u want to drop the water level a lil.This manipulates or forces the plants to grow roots into the water solution.
When germing and seeding its important not to overwater.
They are only weeds.
They like air and air benefits beneficial bacteria neccesary for root growth.
