Help with mars hydro ts1000

So I recently got the mars hydro ts1000. Seems like a really good light. I have 1 problem. Why does the light stay "on" during the dark period? Unless you physically unplug it, it stays on during the dark period. How is that any good for a photoperiod plant? Can I fix this?20200616_052135.jpg

If it does this when the timer is off then it could be an issue where the timer is drawing enough power to run and that is just enough to dimly illuminate the LEDs. This is a common issue with wireless dimmers and LED lights that can also be caused by how the neutral wiring for that circuit is wired. If the light stays on, when the cord is physically unplugged, then it sounds like it has a capacitor in it that is very slowly discharging to the LEDs. If it doesn't discharge completely, within a minute or so, then I would contact them and get it replaced.

The power goes off completely when unplugged. Just when plugged into any timer it does this during dark.

what the hell! I had an led in the past do that, but not my tsw 2000. I don't know why it does that when your electricity is zero. Let us know if you get to the bottom of it...and call them to justify your issue. Good luck growmie.
