Help with new grow, Arjan's Ultra Haze #1. (lost latest plant, was male)

Hey everyone, after 2 months growing my bubba kush feminized, which turned out to be male, i want to start another strain i have. Its a Haze strain, Arjan's Ultra Haze #1 from Green House Seed co. I have heard the flowering phase of this strain is quite long. I have been recomended in the past to start this strain on a 12/12 light cycle, because i am limmited with space and only using cfls, i will not be changing to HPS or MH because i am only doing this for myself for fun, in the summer i grow outdoors. But i was wondering if starting a plant on 12/12 will induce stretching, is it ok to start on 12/12? I will be making a proper journal for this one.

anyone have any experience starting a plant on 12/12, should it still be on 24/0 for the seedling phase? or 12/12 from the start.
