Help with plant diagnosis

Hello and happy new year everyone. This is my first ever grow and the bottom leaves are starting to turn yellow/brown and I'm not sure exactly what is wrong or how to fix.

Fem cookies kush seeds, soil FFOF, fox farm grow big nutrients with liquid seaweed dosing amount off bottles, in 3x3 tent under a ge par 38 grow bulb for now all day until I transplant. Plant is 3 weeks today since I started germinating the seeds. I topped her a few days ago and growth slowed for a day or two then two new growths started. Using purified water ph of 6.8-7. Humidity between 50-65% and temps of 68-77 throughout a day. I don't water until solo cup is light usually every 2-3 days, every other day I mist the plants with water and liquid seaweed. Any help would be appreciated.

Small plants don't require much fert. FFOF has fert and is designed for a little later in life. FF makes "light warrior," which is a lighter fert version of OF with more perlite. Chances are you can grow the entire cycle, several weeks in to death, just using OF. Adding more fert and seaweed is really asking for trouble. You can try just OF at first but's it's a hot soil for very small plants. I think a water flush to wash the excess out, then transplant into 5 gallon bucket with OF, water that, and hope for the best. Just water when dry. If you read the bag carefully on the OF you'll it contains ferts.

Just transplant like polish said, if ocean forest then water only for the first 12+ days after transplant.
